We were upset with the lack of service. I would leave no stars had it been possible. For a small resturant with three staff we waited to be seated for a longer than necessary. Once we were sat we were left waiting and then for a long time without being served and after 20 minutes we walked out. The staff seemed uninterested in us even though the place was only half full at most. This was very sad as we were celebrating my birthday there.

Tasteless cakes. I have bought big white chocolate cake for my daughter 's birthday. It looked pretty, but taste like nothing. For £18.95 it is extortionate price for a cake that went straight in to the bin just after on slice. not the first time I had this bad experience. My colleague bought huge cake for us as a treat. People hardly touched it. Two days later cleaner damped it into a bin. I don't get it how can you possibly make a cake that tastes of nothing!

I adore everything that is made from chocolate- from chocolate bars to fudge. So I'm simply in love with the tasty cakes there. This place is one of my favourite and I can't wait to try another piece of delicious cake, no matter that the prices are a bit high for me. The service is ok, the interior too. If you go there, try the Pear and caramel mousse cake and also the White chocolate dream gateau.

We discovered this 'Patiserrie' when looking for a traditional english tea. Even if we arrived half an hour before closing the owner was kind and prepered us the tea with lots of salted and sweet food (we had dinner at the end), all for 25£! Moreover, since my girlfriend don't eat meat, he changed the ham sandwich with a smoked salmon one.

Cakes wonderful service dreadful sat at table for 10 minutes and was ignored.
I then visited the till and the male assistant ignored me and went off
Finally gave my order to a very nice lady who brought over my order.
The guy with glasses and a beard needs customer service training. To inore customers and walk away is very rude .

The tea was delicious and pastries, but what we liked was the kindly treatment of the two girls who looked after us.
Sometime back, speaking more English.
Thank you very much for being so lovely
The best place for afternoon tea in London !, with permission from Brown's

Terrific views to sip while watching the shells of umbrellas passing by. Elegant, quaint and cozy, also has a nice ambiance. The selection of tasty treats are nothing short of fantastic. Might I suggest the Pain au Chocolat. Lots to choose from. Cheeky friendly hosts.

Small but pleasant space. Friendly and helpful staff with the usual great selection of cakes and pastries. Coffee is always good too! Quieter than the bustle of Kensington High Street and easily reachable from the Kensington Palace end of Hyde Park.

Best capuccino I ever had outside Italy!
But the blueberry muffin was a bit disappointing. Excellent service quiet environment. All in all with Costa being absent in this part of London I would be a regular if I lived nr here

The place is not so nice than the others. The staff was very rude. Sunday at 3pm was not available an afternoon tea without reservation, being the place almost empty. So disappointing. Never come back

I came with my dog and look for any signs outside. Enter the place and I was told that dogs are not allowed. PLEASE PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR.

Always love going in here for a pot of tea and a bun after a long day shopping on Kensington high street.

Small seating area, not enough chairs, always feel like I'm in the way. Otherwise the food is decent.
