Always enjoyed this spoons but very disappointed at the managers attitude from tonight’s visit. My friend did not have her ID and they could not give her the drink which is fair enough but the manager would not let her keep the tonic water that came with the Gin or let anyone else at our table with an ID have the drink that we had already paid for. All we got was “it’s company policy” and the drink was taken away with no refund or alternative. Very frustrating and disappointing. We were then asked to leave at 9pm exactly because people without ID were not allowed in the pub after this time.

Frequently short staffed and the manager is rude and seems to have forgotten that he works in the hospitality sector. Don't bother trying to bring a bike into the garden as it's not welcome, even if the garden is empty! They'll expect you to lock it up over the road even it's £3000+ bike. I won't be going to this particular Wetherspoons anytime soon.

Came here for the Sunday brunch. Really impressed with the serloin steak, cooked to perfection. Burgers are ok, it's a weatherspoons, so I wouldn't get too excited. Prices are extremely low, and most food comes with a drink.

The Valentine's Day meal was hot but bit measly with the portion size of chips served. Steak was just how I like it! Can't wait for pudding I'm hoping it will fill me up! My husband has given this 4 out of 5 for value for money! Staff very friendly.

Nice place to have a drink in.

It can sometimes be a really quiet place to grab something to eat in and on some evenings it can get quite busy and lively.

Overall i'd say it has ok quality food for the price you pay.

Friendly service, it's a wetherspoons pub, so wise not to have lofty expectations! Chilli con carne was nice, but there didn't seem enough of it. The Magners on draft was good. Generally a good atmosphere about the place.

Errrr merrrrr geeerrd. It's as good as that feeling when you peel you sweaty sack off your leg and slap it round tour mum's plump and willing cheeks. Cheap pints, good chat and blaady gaaawgeous staff. Big love x

Rather tired pub in need of smartening up. Staff friendly and helpful. Not all menu selections available and backlog clearing tables. Food (that was available) was up to usual wetherspoons standards with a nice pint.

Pretty typical Weatherspoons pub - good low cost food, served fast, great range of real ales (even if they aren't kept as well as they used too be) pleasant friendly staff.

Wooden spoons is history now Hart House has opened. Will always remember this place for being so utterly drab. Typical scenario just run a business to the ground.

Its a weatherspoons. Staff are courteous and helpful and the drink selection is excellent. Food is the usual cheap but palatable weatherspoons offerings.

Lovely atmosphere with a very homely feel, and very good food at a reasonable price, can't ask for much more from a place to go for a meal.

Have found staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food delious and hot. Accommodate wheel chair eaisly and the refill coffee is excellent value.

Standard Spoons, food is always decent for the price. Good place to drink but some of the staff seem to lack knowledge of preparing drinks.

Absolutely class establishment. Asked the barmaid for a bottle of sol. Got a pack of salted peanuts instead. Was only briefly disappointed.

Standard Witherspoon pub. New management putting things right. Service can still be very slow. The best place in Fleet for Pokémon GO.

Typical weatherspoons. Good service food came out quick but no sour cream or cheese on my nachos?!? Not sure what happened there

Another great Wetherspoons were you can chat and be heard. Like the other a good selection of real ales and well priced food!

A charming pub, where the staff can't do enough for you, affordable food and drink unlike a lot of the pubs in Fleet,

Shoddy short shelf life beers which often run out due to them buying up leftover stocks. Poor quality, end of life produce.

Just your average Weatherspoons with cheap beer and food (which is not recommended), nothing more exciting to report.

Nice food and a good atmosphere. Good prices for drinks. It's a Wetherspoons so can't go wrong really.

Good as Wetherspoon pubs go. Avoid Thursday Curry nights though. So busy it takes four days to get served.

We went up for curry night. Food and beer great. Lovely evening to sit outside. Good service as usual.

Very under staffed for a Saturday afternoon, food took 40 mins to arrive and dessert another 20 mins

Just had a really tasty, well cooked 16 oz steak and a glass of wine for under £10. Excellent value
