I have used this hotel a few times and love it here. Can't comment on the food as never eaten there.

The bad stuff: The housekeeping seems to be a bit of an issue. Often looks 'rushed', maybe due to being understaffed? I have had to ask someone to come and hoover my room before because I found biscuit crumbs in various places and the bath is often still a bit 'scummy'. As this is a new building it probably isn't much of an issue, but the lack of attention in the rooms means that dirt will mount up in areas otherwise not checked on a quick room turnover.

Outside the rooms in areas where there are more traffic, mirrors in the lifts, carpets in the corridors and windows, seem often neglected. I was there once for 4 nights and for three of those days, a sachet of hot chocolate and mini marshmallows lay in the corridor making the carpet look increasingly rubby.

The other issues is the Wi-fi. Maybe this is because it is a new building and not been set up properly yet, but it is dreadful at best. There is also no option to buy the super wi-fi which is advised in the rooms that you do in order to watch films.

Other than this, the beds are super comfy, the showers are lovely and strong and the staff are the nicest bunch of people you'll ever meet in a hotel. You need a key to get access to the sleeping floors, which puts my mind at ease at night. So this is my first choice of hotel when staying in Cheltenham.

It does what it says on the tin. Clean comfy place to sleep. Basic accommodation. No frills. No tissues, basic wi-if free but very very very slow and a little temperamental. You would need to upgrade to premium if you were staying on business and needed to work or if you wanted to steam a movie in your room. No parking although 25% off the NCP parking charges which is just around the corner. Helpful and friendly staff. Extra teas and coffees available for the room if you ask at reception as they only give you two of each. Also extra pillows available on request. No fridge/cooler and no safe in the room. Towels were not changed daily. Air conditioning not brilliant and I found the room way too warm even with air conditioning set on the lowest temperature setting and the air con fan on the highest setting. Late check out at 12 noon

Was a pleasant stay except for the fact that the housekeeper did a terrible job in cleaning the room. Would come in and bed were still not very tidy and sheets have not been changed (stayed for 3 nights), One or two trash were left on the floor, my dropped charger on the floor stayed there when I came back and he/she didnt even bothered to help putting it back on the table. Lastly, I left my memory card after a check out and the hotel said the housekeeper didnt find anything. I was certain it was on the table as I also couldn't find it anywhere in my bags. After reading few reviews, apparently there have been some complaints on missing items in the room etc. Top bad cause it was indeed a nice stay, the breakfast was nice, front desks were nice and polite

We stayed at this new Premier In in Cheltenham central for three days over the weekend and it was an absolute delight. A new hotel and the fixtures/fittings are of a very good quality. A superb location right in the heart of the city centre but very quiet as all the rooms are on upper floors. The bed was probably the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in and the staff were wonderful. Clearly a new post for them but they could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We parked on the NCP car park 2 minutes walk away and The Brewery area 1 minutes away is full of restaurants and a cinema adding to this wonderful location. We would definatley stay again.

A great premier Inn very clean with friendly staff.in the brewery quarter where there is loads of places to eat, a cinema, bowling etc.right next to the town centre with many shops.the ncp car park is a 5 minute walk where you have 25% off when you stay at the premier Inn if you ask for a card at the premier Inn desk. There is a thyme restaurant there but we never used it so can't make a comment on that. so near other places we went out to eat. All in all one of the better premier inns we have stayed in.

Staff seemed fairly drunk on duty. Possibly the most bizzare experience I've ever had. I checked in and in the lift was met by tinky winky from the telletubbies complete with hand bag. My room was dirty and I had a shark in the bath. This was problematic at best. There was no 'adult' programmes on the TV, so was forced to use match of the day for this purpose. I used the hair dryer to heat a pre brought pasty, but it would not cook through. I ask you, is this fair????

Fantastic value for money! Bed are unbelievably comfortable, everything is clean and modern. Free WiFi is a big bonus, Travelodge doesn't offer That! Plus a great town centre location.

Staff are amazing. After a night out we ordered dominos pizza takeaway with a drink, and the hotel staff brought it to the room with plates, cutlery, glasses and ice. A great service when a hotel doesnt do room service.

The hotel is very modern and new, and is in a brilliant location with loads of restaurants and entertainment in the Brewery Quarter, which it is situated in. The hotel is comfortable, and very new, with modern rooms at a great price. You have to pay for parking, but there is a 25% discount for the local NCP car park. This is understandable as it is in the heart of the town centre at a perfect location for Cheltenham.

Great location in the centre of town. I booked a twin room for £100 for one night. The rooms itself are spacious, clean and very comfortable. There isn't parking but you can get 25% off the local NCP car park, which works out to just over £10 for 24 hours. I felt the price was slightly high, but considering the quality of the hotel and the location, I do recommend booking here.

Stayed at the Premier Inn, Cheltenham Town Centre for one night on 30th March, booked three rooms in all. Could not fault anything during our stay, the rooms were very impressive and clean. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very good too, lots of variety, both food and drinks. Going back later in the year for a weekend

The most stream lined hotel experience I have ever had. Self check in system was quick and easy to use, within minutes of arriving I was in my room. The hotel was very modern and clean, and the staff friendly and approachable. My only gripe was that I didn't bring a dock for my Nintendo switch, the TV had easily accessible multimedia ports.

Excellent bathroom facilities, a thermostat (which I've not seen at the other premiers I've stayed in but it's a wonderful feature!) Comfiest bed I've ever slept in with the best night sleep I've had in years. I'd even think about staying for the night in the future on my own just to have a nice night in!

Really enjoyed our recent stay. Own restaurant and bar if you want to stay in. We visited one of many eateries in nearby arcade. Rooms finished to a high standard, even had bottle opener on a unit. Parked in nearby NCP car park which worked out at £10.50 for 24 hours with voucher from reception. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Waitress NINA thank you and to chef as well.
Ordered starter and main to come out together...a slight delay so Nina politely apologised and provided complimentary chips.
My usual jerk chicken salad was larger than normal so thank you Nina and chef for your excellent and thoughtful customer service.
10/10!

Brand new. Rather noisy stay right next to stairs. Very creaky. Staff was friendly however not knowledgeable. They Offered £10 pounds to park over night, but car parks near by didn't charge between 8pm and 8am. So only had to pay £1.50 a couple of streets away for over night parking. Good location for a night out.

Good bedroom size, functionality and comfy bed. The window in my room was designed not to open so room smelled stale. Restaurant service quick and efficient. However, the food served (albeit tasty) lacked quantity. I'd recommend the other Cheltenham Premier Inn (closer to the train station) and has a TGI Friday

Excellent location right in the centre of the town. The hotel is relatively new and is in a good state of repair throughout. Room (floor 3) was quiet and beds were comfortable. Staff seemed friendly and courteous, and check in was very quick using the automatic machines.

Stayed in a twin room with a family member. Didn't really use any facilities as it was just a place to crash as we were partying in the city centre and couldn't be bothered with a Taxi to a hotel outside the centre

Normal Premier Inn, comfy bed, nice bathroom, large selection at breakfast. Lost one star for super rubbish WiFi, free WiFi is pretty terrible and paid internet isn't much better, definitely not worth paying for!

Smack in the middle of the town centre. Discount parking with NCP 5 minutes walk away. Surrounded by all the typical town centre eateries. Montpellier District shopping/dining 5 mins walk away.

Absolutely amazing staff couldn't have been more helpful especially Liz and Darren, the room was good as always and the breakfast was spot on as usual, highly recommend it.

Stayed here several times now and each time have really enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to want you to have an enjoyable stay.
Highly recommended

Was pleasantly surprised by how decent this was. Excellent bed, good bath and shower. You wouldn't come here for a week with the family, but for short stays it is great!

Everything I needed for my work trip.
Not the biggest of fans of the automated check in and out service, call me old-fashioned but the human touch goes a long way with me.

Great hotel in a central location, modern rooms very nice. DO NOT eat in the restaurant long delays, poor service wasn't even offered a complimentary drink for the wait !

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, on the down side hard to find if you don't know Cheltenham. Also for a new hotel the floor in bathroom creaks like an old barn!!!

Really good central location, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. Service was great with very helpful members of staff all the way through the night

New hotel in an ideal central location. Rooms are modern, nice, and clean. The hotel restaurant isn't too spectacular but otherwise no complaints.

Clean and tidy, helpful and courteous staff (Chris was a real ). Rooms are quiet although there are some winding corridors so remember your way.

Had given away all regular double rooms so we were put in a disabled room. Windows don't open so had to have air con on all night
