It's Aldi! Yes it's busy, yes it's got boxes all over the place but it sells good, high quality goods at prices we can all afford! The staff serve you super fast but that's almost the fun! They are friendly but they are not there to be your friend so don't expect to chat (go to Waitrose for that) but they smile and are nice.
Just watch out for the carpark! Don't forget to log your car as you leave as they will nick you, and i have heard that they try it on sometimes even if you do log your car! But that is another company and not Aldi!

First time shopper at ALDI. We went there at 2pm, place was heaving. Just wanna compare it to LIDL, whereas LIDL is more neat and organized in terms of empty boxes are out of the customer's way. Shelves aren't also properly sorted, hence the produce's quality suffers. But if you're alright with that kind of shopping situation. ALDI ought to do the job for you, on the other hand I'm fussy when it comes to being neat and organized.

Cheap, cheerful and convenient. Always bargains to be had...especially the 'bin end' wines.

Attracts the tracksuit wearing, twattood, benefit assisted, fraternity...and even the odd bone idle 'mum' who thinks it's hygienic to wear her nightwear/pajamas...out to do her shopping, the following morning? The smell from them can curdle milk.

Usually well stocked and good quality produce on shelves. Can be considerably cheaper than the other supermarkets available as long as you don't buy the 'special buys'! Try to avoid early Sunday and during the afternoon school run and you will be in and out very quickly. Remember to input your vehicle details before you leave for free parking.

Easy parking. No payment is reqyired but need to log your registration number on completion of shop at one of the stations in store or you will receive a parking fine.
Always variety of different groceries and household/clothing offers. Good quality.
Efficient staff at tills so no long queues.
Meat is great value and high quality.

Hi there, Aldi stands out as one of the premier attractions of Romsey. Set in this historic town in Hampshire, Aldi affords a panorama of consumer delights, from bottled water and dog food to garden rotervators. The staff are well dressed, well mannered and helpful. So if you find yourself in Romsey, be sure to look into Aldi.

Very good value for money. One concern though, because of the weather yesterday they only had one till open. Apparently we weren't packing fast enough, (and I'm not slow at this), was made aware of the packing shelf. Didn't get the same experience at Morrisons, (visited the same day).

Staff on the checkout are pushy to get you through the till .Wasn't impressed with layout of food on shelfs was disorganised and chaotic. Hardly any frozen veg and food some of it was past sell by .will be sticking with lidls much cleaner better staff attitude

The quality of products from this German supermarket is good and in some circumstances, even better than the more 'usual' outlets. The only gripe is the queue to get through the tills.....sometimes more time consuming that the actual shopping itself!

I think I visited on a day of delivery, store full of big cardboard boxes making it slightly difficult to do shopping. Aldi is my favourite market but not this particular store, quite messy and difficult to find what I was looking for.

Great shopping, excellent value and choice of products, staff very friendly and helpful. Parking free here for 2 hours but remember to input your car registration number into terminal in store before you leave

Outrageous crooks; Charged £70 for overstaying in the car park.

Will never go back again and will be advising everyone I know to do the same.

Great customer loyalty initiative Aldi

Keen prices but store very scruffy. Littered floor not uncommon and store uses aisle as storage when needed so getting past pallets can be a squeeze and even a trip hazard. Staff friendly and helpful.

3 by Review source

Value for money if you don't mind making your way around an assault course of deliveries and leaking fridges. Then having your goods practically thrown at you when you get to the checkout!

The store itself is great and offers good, cheap products. Watch out for the car park though - the private parking firm they use issued us a ticket wrongly and continually harasses for payment!

Reasonable Aldi store, not always well stocked and there are often queues at checkout. The ramp at the front means it's inconvenient to return trolleys. Otherwise good and keenly priced.

Please keep all the tills open , it's getting bad in there . Overstretched staff blocked aisles long queues. Don't spoil it aldi .what's wrong with self check out tills ?

Very small Aldi with limited ranges, but free parking. Just be sure to remember you to enter your ref number & don’t make a typo (or you end up with a parking fine like friends did!)

Very busy on Saturday Mornings. They have a tendency to be filling shelves first thing so for a wheelchair users it can hardly to get around and get things from Shelves and freezers.

I love Aldi, amazing prices and great value. Only minor faults are the Romsey store is too small now for the amount of customers and the bagging at the checkout can be rather rushed!

4 by Review source

Always badly organised. I went in looking for lightbulbs, there was a small random selection, none suitable for my required fitting/power/colour, and no idea what the prices were.

Can be busy during peak times vut has an extremly goid range of products at a more than fair price, just be carefull of the car park as they hire an independant company to handle.

4 by Review source

Plenty of parking, and good prices, if parking in there car park make sure you enter you car registration into there screen in store, or buy a ticket, or you will be fined £40.

5 by Graham Review source

Regular Aldi, entrance can be a little challenging for those with mobility issues as it is some 5' lower than the parking area that said there is a ramp and stairway.

4 by Mark Burton Review source

Only moderately busy this morning when I shopped at 10am, with spaces in the carpark and short checkout queues. Only a couple of items I wanted weren't in stock.

4 by Ian Clark Review source

Excellent products, usual staples such as tea bags, butter, cereals etc are very good quality, only downside is that they run out or stop doing some items

4 by Review source

dodge the chavs and grab the bargains it's the modern way to live. Aldi and Lidl are the way forward. Traditional supermarkets need to catch up

5 by Nicholas Burton Review source

Not up to the standard of my local store, if the Romney store was the only Aldi store I had used I would not be in a hurry to use them again.

They have a lot of good items in shop and good when they have baby events on, lot of different things on shelf and nice and cheap.
