I do love this place.

There is a large range of many different materials for the serious artist and hobbyist alike.

I tend took come here with my children and we mooch around trying not to buy everything.

It's quiet and full of things to entice you to make and create. Especially useful for children school projects.

Parking can be problematic at peak times as it's in a business park in the centre of town.

Brilliant shop for idle hands and bored children Hobbycraft makes your imagination fizzle, and fills your head full of inspiration. The shop has an elevator at the rear of the store so is both pushchair and wheelchair friendly there is disabled parking and parent parking right outside the shop the staff are friendly and polite, at the back of the store you'll find an area that the children can be creative free of charge with colouring and drawing.

As always this store had exactly what I needed in stock which was a Funky Chunky Knit in green.
Throughout knitting a blanket I have had direct contact to this store when I've needed more wool and they have always been friendly and helpful.
Our local Hobbycraft is Orpington but the Crayford one seems to have more of what I need in stock.

The problem with Hobbycraft is that they have somewhat monopolised the retail craft market. I make cards, mainly for Christmas, and I find that they are overpriced and also low in stock of lots of things.

Needed to get Americana paint and another acrylic I've been using these for years from hobby craft. Only to find they do not sell them anymore. Now have to find another supplier. Not happy

I love coming to this store, all the staff are so helpful, and they play good music, I normally go to the Hobycraft in Greenwich. They are both just as good x

Had everything I needed to be creative. I need the headstart using their products as im not particularly creative myself , used the shelves for inspiration

I like this shop. It has a lot of variety in crafts. But it goes with the most trendy ideas which is a shame as it is the largest craft chain shop.

Brilliant shop for all sorts of arts, crafts and hobby supplies. I went there for cake decorating equipment and icing, they had a good selection.

For a store of its size can be quite disappointing when I don't have what you want.. customer service is always good though.

Very helpful members of staff, big choice of products, plenty of gift and decorating ideas, long opening hours

Always a pleasure to visit. Lots of craft materials too. Wish they would bring back the classes again though.

The art supply section is badly maintained and stock not up to scratch. When paying for goods it takes ages.

Great place for any craft enthusiast. Medium size car park with random disabled bays, quite busy
