EAT DESSERT FIRST! The brownies - melt-in-your-mouth delicious - not too sweet - Mmmmm is an understatement! They were served on a platter with Mango sorbet and vanilla ice cream, garnished with a minted strawberry. Outstanding!

DO NOT MISS BREAKFAST! The spread is IMPRESSIVE. Anything you've ever THOUGHT of eating for breakfast is either at the buffet or within sight! An omelette bar allows you to custom-order your ingredients; a 'states-side like' waffle-maker, allows you to make your own waffles; every garnish you can think of is available without asking. Everything is fresh and delicious; it's just a pity you have to rush off for a plane, or whatever meeting . . . AWESOME!

It's not all about the FOOD at this hotel. The attendants are attentive, the rooms are clean and promptly serviced, making you feel like 'Queen for a day'. I slept soundly and comfortably even though my room was right near a lift - I was never disturbed. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and would have gladly moved in!!

The business centre is well kitted out with both an Apple Computer and an MS-Dos. There is room for collaboration as well as confidential communication.
It is also a great place to host a meeting, with an annexe as well as the main hotel meeting rooms. There is a gym onsite AND a GUEST laundry. They have gone out of their way to accommodate families as well as single business travellers.

Although slightly removed from the main airport terminals, it is only one underground stop from the main terminals. A five-minute walk from 'Hatton Cross' and a major stop for express as well as local buses. The access to transportation makes it very convenient without traipsing through the airport.

All-in-all, a comfortable, convenient, very accommodating place to stay!

Stayed overnight before a flight. The rooms are small by American standards however they are well appointed. The temperature in our room seemed a bit cold and the thermostat unresponsive. Again, this may be the reaction of a pampered American. The staff were most helpful when we mentioned the problem and they provided a supplemental electric heater which solved our problem. The restaurant at the hotel served us a very satisfying if somewhat expensive meal. The breakfast which I believe costs around £12 per person is quite reasonable. I still have a hard time accepting the British custom of charging for the breakfast on top of an already high hotel bill. I'm used to free breakfast at hotels in the US. But as long as you are prepared, at least the food is top quality. The bed was quite comfortable and firm. Not the very best I've slept on but pretty good. Pillows of both firm and soft were provided.

Transport to the airport is one thing I found lacking. You either pay an exorbitant taxi fare or wait for the hotel bus which comes by every 45 minutes or so (except from 11:00am to 3:00pm and after 10:00pm.) thus you can be forced to wait a very long time or pay the taxi depending on when your flight arrives or leaves. In fairness though I will say that this bus system seems to be forced on all the nearby hotels by the airport management.

Terrable. I dont know why people like this place and the online amminities are not accurate at all. The front desk controls each rooms AC, so be prepared to sweat while sleeping as you can not adjust it your self. When you ask the front desk to make it cooler they treat you like you are bothering them and costing them and that somehow your not entitled to be comfortable. What country is this again? Lights and AC are off when your not in your room so it's very unpleasant to return to your room after being gone even 30 minutes. They traded being green for comfort in every way. Staff is polite but not happy and after being here for one night I can see why. If your an American, this is not the place to stay. Trust me. Pay 30 more and be at a much nicer place where your treated like a guest not a foreign renter. Also, no free shuttle to airport, and extra fees apply to everything that is included everywhere else.

Stayed here for a night, considering the full price of the room I felt didn't reflect the quality in the room although my mum was happy. I felt the room was small and felt cheap. I would expect the quality of the room from a budget hotel brand not Hilton.

Breakfast was decent.

I don't feel this reflects the hotel but the cardholder in the room to keep lights on etc broke in the morning. Lead to showers in the dark. The hotel offered to fix the holder but we had an early departure. If you can get the room for a deal then it's worth it, but I wouldn't pay full price.

There is a free bus service from Heathrow coach station at Heathrow and it is a few mins from Hatton cross. The free bus runs more frequently than the paid bus especially at night where you can wait up to 1 hour this bus is every 12mins even in the evening.

Great location and very easy to find. Parking there was plenty of it available and I arrived late afternoon time. I arrived with my small family and the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially towards my daughter. We had a problem with our key card and that was fixed straight away no waiting around. The house keeping was very professional and rooms were off a very high standard. Towels and toiletries were replaced as and when we requested. My daughter loved watching all the planes arriving and departing so absolutely great having a room that looked over a the airport runways. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could think of. And the chef would make fresh stuff right in front of you if asked and a large selection of fruit and cereals and hot food also

Very decent hotel for the price. ~75 incl taxes per night when we stayed. Within walking since to Hatton Cross station and buses, the hotel was clean and staff were friendly as expected. We didn't try the breakfast as there are many cheaper options if you're willing to venture a few stations down. The rooms are fairly standard, nothing fancy but you get what you pay for in London. The heater seemed to only work after manually adjusting each time the room cooled below a comfortable temperature. Not sure if we just couldn't find the auto setting or if it was a problem with the thermostat. Otherwise if you're looking to make your base close to Heathrow, I'd definitely stay here again.

Shambolic front of house service. Staff are polite but don't know how to look after clients having meetings or business lunches here. The venue is ideally located for our meetings about twice a month but there is always a hiccup. It's a pity as with a bit more attentiveness, cleaning tables, cleaner cutlery and being on the ball with business guests they'd be a first class venue rather than a place you have to tolerate. On a positive note the fish and chips meal is a delicious treat usually served with crispy light batter and crispy chips. However, be aware of the strange old looking tartare sauce and the occasional tendency to have the fish a little less fresh when served.

I haven't used any facilities besides the room itself, so I can't speak about the bar or whatsoever. What I can say is that the staff is incredible! Special shout out to the lady working the nightshift Sancha (the H could be a K too) for being such an angel! As a U2 fan only staying in London for the gigs I kept leaving around 5:30 in the morning and coming back after midnight, and upon coming back you'd immediately be welcomed with open arms and be accomodated in whatever way you needed.

Thanks so much for offering a nice clean room with great accesibility both from the airport and Twickenham stadium. :D

Arrived late at night to a busy reception but dealt with quickly by a friendly apologetic reception staff member. Noisy guests at night who obviously forget they are in a hotel and people are sleeping. Opened shower curtain in the morning to find a blood stained tile wall, how did the room cleaning staff miss that? Leaving hotel at 0530 the 2 staff just stood talking then just looked at me like I was disturbing their day!!! Not great service all round for a Hilton and no lounge for gold card holders. Certainly not the greatest in Heathrow

Really nice staff however our sleep was disturbed by the firebell at 3am in the morning. The staff were calm but no one came to take a roll call or to say the hotel is being checked and we will be allowed back in once all is clear. Also there was no adjustment made for example checkout could have been extended for an hour to make up for lost sleep. I couldnt sleep afterwards.
Maybe a review of fire safety procedures. . Only 1 towel in my room had to request them.On a positive note the breakfast was nice. The hotel was clean.

I haven't stayed here personally but have visited to pick someone up from the lounge. There is ample parking for visitors and guests be warned however that if you are staying for the evening it is £12 overnight, if you are visiting even for 5 -10mins you pay £10 absolutely disgusting! Lounge area was very nice and spacious with lots of seating. Drink selections is great with a huge variety of alcoholic, soft drinks and hot drinks served until late. Prices are about right for London and staff seem pleasant.

Great hotel with very close proximity to Heathrow. It is conveniently located to Hatton Cross Underground station which is one stop away from Heathrow. If one doesn't travel with too much luggage it can be more convenient and cheaper than taking the shuttle bus, which one needs to pay for. That is unfortunately the only way for most airport hotels around Heathrow. Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. At checkout it seemed a bit crowded in the morning with guests in a hurry to check out.

Awesome pricing considering some of the crazy overpriced hotels around Heathrow. I always stay here when traveling for work. Quiet, cozy, good beds and sizeable rooms. Bathrooms are nice, staff are very friendly, I arrived very early but they were happy to check me in and I got to rest all day. For the sake of a slightly (very slightly) longer uber drive, I would recommend here over any of the other hotels in the area. I even got some outside Chinese food delivery straight to my room.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms were adequate. However, when we asked for a taxi to go to Double tree in Islington, we were given a quote of £68 which was about what we had expected. Unbeknownst to us, the hotel had hooked up with a driver that charged us £110. He refused to give us a receipt and was talking on his cell phone the whole way. Very unscrupulous - hotel or their staff must be getting a kickback from this. Be very very careful when ordering a taxi here.

Front desk was well over run every time I went to the counter. You slshouldnt have five people in front of you at all times of the day. Rooms were clean and functional. If you are looking for a cool place to lay your head RUN the other way. 20c is as low as the temperature gets, if that works for you great if not... Tough cookies (essentially what I got from the front desk). The restaurant was good, food was well prepared, hot and fresh, service was very good.

Some of the food wasn't appetising (salmon dish) (breakfast) I had nachos for the starter which were amazing. There was a stain on my towel and the air conditioning didn't work properly the room, it was to warm and I was unable to bring the temperature below 20°c to cool the place down. On the plus side the rooms are a good size you have a TV, fridge, iron/board and a hair dryer. They have a small shop, Costa coffee and the bar is open late with comfortable seating.

After not being able to travel home because of issues with busses and trains my partner and I were stressed and this hotel helped us so much. Very good price for the room, the food and the drinks. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Only a 5 minute walk from hatton cross tube station which leads directly to Heathrow for our flights. Hotel looks modern and clean all around. Aircon worked fine and beds were pretty nice. Will visit again when I'm in London.

Rooms are clean. Food is cold and greasy. Don't expect your table to be cleaned off quickly after you eat, it won't happen. (Garden Bar and grill)

Decor in the Garden Grill and bar is old, dated and the furniture is very stained. So much potential is lost in this place by bad staff training. The worlds worst onion rings! It's not the worlds worst place to stay but the substandard food and service is sad and could easily be improved.

Reasonable airport hotel. A quick 10 minute can ride to/from the international terminal (about £18 fare). Reception is well staffed. Full bar and coffee bar. Restaurant offers a large menu. Be sure to book your breakfast in advance or when you check in, they charge £3 more if you buy it in the morning. Room was comfortable with plenty of outlets at the work desk. Only complaint is that the bathroom was a little worn and some mildew in the shower caulking.

Conveniently located near Heathrow airport which is accessible via transfer bus (door-to-door) or via the underground (5 min walk to station, then only 1 or 2 stops to the terminals.) Not much to do within walking distance, but one underground stop to the east (Hounslow West) has multiple restaurants and a few shops. Hotel is clean, well-maintained, and relatively quiet given the proximity to the airport.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport but it takes a while to get to it given all the surface street traffic around heathrow. The rooms were clean and the rooms were actually very quiet. I never heard a plane the entire time I was there (2 nights). A taxi will cost you about £25 so I suggest taking the shuttle bus if you can for £4.50. The shuttle takes about 20 minutes to get to terminal 2.

Decent hotel. Nicely furnished. Carpet slightly old, but bathroom is nice. Mattress is firm with a soft top, was very comfortable. Hotel itself was nice and clean, modern enterence. However my room was very cold (stayed December) and thermostat wouldn't let you warm up the room, also getting a coffee downstairs took over 30min - so loses one star for those. But would stay again for the night.

Excellent staff, comfy bed, easy to get to the airport.

A modern looking hotel with good staff, it's an easy place to stay before a flight.

Would not stay here if visiting London. It's too far from the centre and there's nothing to do nearby, except watch planes.

Food a touch pricey.

As a place to stay before a flight it's great.

We booked this hotel coming back from Scotland because we had an early flight and didn't want the hassle of going back and exiting London early morning. It was clean, convenient, and the restaurant food was acceptable. There is a Tessco about two blocks away if you wanted to pick up snacks. The shuttle bus to the airport runs often and it is suggested you buy the tickets before hand.

Not sure of their names, but the ladies at your front desk made my trip incredible. It's because of them, I'd gladly stay again. Top notch bar and restaurant in tote. Great stay!! #BreakingBad - The two front desk staff will know what that means :) If you're looking for a quick night in and out of London Heathrow, look no further. Best in class stay in my opinion.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel and a good nights sleep but this will vary with the room you have due to noise from elevators. Thats the same as all hotels I presume. Conveniently placed to access Hatton cross for underground station and bus terminal to all terminals also hotel hoppa bus has regular pickups, every 30 mins outside hotel entrance to all terminals .

A real improvement with a number of staff wearing badges saying they are new to the team but giving excellent service. Comfortable rooms with good night's sleep on firm bed and surprisingly quiet given proximity to the airport. Decent evening meal with better service and at reasonable rates. Good choice at breakfast (coffee still revolting though!)

Access to the hotel is easy from Picadailly line to Hatton Cross station. Check-in was quick. Nice room with desk and a chair. Shower was nice and hot. Checkout is Noon which is much appreciated compared to 11am at most hotels. Wifi worked without password. Front desk was very helpful with lost luggage delivery. Excellent bufffet breakfast.

So many varities and chef is there to custom cook your omlett creation. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. If you are out of country traveling this is place you can call as home until go to your next home.

Nice clean room comfy beds .. only thing i dont like is the fact they charge a coustmer for parking . I got there at 9pm and left at about 9am and charged 12£ .. not cool .. if they added it on to price of room and give free parking fair enough but coming down to a charge for parking in a hotel is a bit of a downer Hilton
