If you climb the hill, there is a great view on top. Take warm layers and a rain-proof jacket though. On Boxing Day, there is an organised run which is also great fun, although I mostly walk it as it can be slippy on the way down on the jog.

Excellent for exploring the Stipstones hills. Very rugged with a good feeling of remoteness. Walking paths are good and well marked. Make sure you visit the 'Devil's Chair'.

Great walking with amazing views and fun scrambly bits. Good parking at the Bog. Also a cafe and craft centre at the Bog visitor centre.

After a great walk round the Stiperstones there's tea with wonderful cakes plus books and local crafts in the Bog Visitor Centre

The walk along the ridge is not the most even of surfaces to walk on, but well worth it as the sceneery is picturesque.

Loved it. Some super local crafts available to buy. Information focuses on a lost community and is very poignant.

Great hike to the Stiperstones ridge. Good test of your ankles! Try to find the deserted Tin House farmstead.
