Not a great experience for me at all. Where do I start.... I had been a business customer of 02 for 8 years and just after my contract was renewed for another 2 years Aerial Direct called me up and offered me a fantastic package for a great price if I switched to them. My biggest concern was that I got the latest phone for free every 2 years from 02 and that I wanted to make sure I got the same deal. They completely agreed and said NOTHING would change when I come for renewal and i would still get the phone. Anyway I accepted and joined them. Everything was great for 2 years, the service was great, the team was great, I had no problems.

Then came my renewal, the Galaxy S8 was just coming out so I asked for that, this is where the problems started. Aerial Direct told me there is no way I would get the phone for free and not only that but my bill was going up as well. I spent so much time phoning them up and complaining that I had been miss sold a contract and I felt completely cheated. They agreed to go back and listen to the original call which they did and they admitted they had originally offered me the next phone for free but now they were saying they cant honour it. They gave me a ridiculous renewal price and I felt so cheated that I immediately cancelled my contract and left Aerial and 02 for good.

I didn't think I would get another deal like that but I went to Vodafone and explained all my troubles and what I was getting before and they gave me the whole lot and more for a cheaper price than I was ever paying before, I had to pay £20 for my S8 but it was totally worth it.

Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful and if I hadn't been lied to this would of been a 5 star review. I literally was forced to leave because of lies and deceit and because of this I will never use this company again. I also put in a complaint with 02 about Aerial Direct.

I have so more that I could of mentioned but as its no longer fresh in my mind I just want to get main points across that I remember being pi**ed off about, and the only reason I have left this review is on the 18th December (8 months after I left Aerial) they have the nerve to send me a text asking for a review. Well here it is!

I was very happy with the Quantum system I already had with BT, but I agreed to speak with a very nice rep from Aerial Direct. He explained that by changing to VOIP I could save our company money. However what really sealed the deal was the ability of the new equipment to integrate; this would save us a huge amount of time. I was concerned that I had covered everything that could go wrong with the changeover as I had been caught out before, so I made a list and double checked it. The customer service is fantastic and they answer the phone quickly and get straight on to any issues you may have. The guys that installed the system were super polite and everybody I have dealt with has been very professional and helpful. Maybe it is just teething problems but the system seems to have had a fair share of issues. I pretty much have had to call Aerial every day to the point that I am almost embarrassed to pick up the phone mainly because they are so nice. Really I have to be realistic technology goes wrong sometimes but the real point is the quality of the help you get when that happens. Everything seems to be working now and that is thanks to Aerial, the phones are answered quickly and I don’t feel that I would rather chew my own fingers off than call them.

Been paying on average £50 a month for the past 2 years with an S6 and not once have I been contacted to help reduce my bill. Actually I was called to get me onto a more expensive plan (with the same phone) for another 12 months which is ridiculous. I have paid the contract off now and was called by an agent last week who promised to bring my bill down to £37/month rolling monthly (still too expensive) which never happened. He also promised to email me which didn't happen. I have paid an absolute fortune to this company for what is now an old phone and no one has done anything whatsoever to make me feel valued as a customer. Also I have never received any emails, letters etc confirming any contract details. I have lost all trust in Aerial Direct and will be looking elsewhere for my next phone.

I have to say a huge thanks to all the team working on my new account as they have gone way out their way I feel to get my unlocked mobile phone cleared. Vodafone were hopeless for the past two years and I am so happy to finally rid of them! I could write a book on their utter hopelessness on trying to solve my issues, both online and at one of their branches.

Many thanks to the lady, apologise but forgot her name but she was fantastic in her attempt to resolve my phone issue hopefully today once the phone is returned it will be unlocked and I can use my O2 SIM card.

Huge thanks to all those concerned, it's nice to write something positive about a company, please keep it up!

My phone was dropped in water...I called to order a new one.... but then it worked again...I explained the situation and they could have not been more helpful. .. they said it was too late to stop it coming out but said they would send a bag in which to return it or I could refuse delivery. As it happened, it stopped working again. They were very professional and very helpful.....I have been a customer for many years and they really have the best customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and when choosing a new phone they went through all the options with me and I was completely happy with my choice.
I highly recommend them

Aerial are a fantastic company that work with O2..Everytime I have spoken to them, the issue is always resolved and it’s only a couple of times I’ve contacted them because I do not have any issues with them really compared to other networks in the past or O2..
Each and every member of staff I have spoken to has been very polite, helpful, professional with great communication skills and I am very happy with the service..I will be renewing my contract with them and have also recommended Aerial to a few people..Thank you Aerial and O2, Charlene Lane xx

I've been with aerial direct for years. They have offered me some good deals over the years which i have never taken up because it hasn't been what i felt i needed at the time. What i like about the company is they don't give you the hard sell! They never pressure you and just accept No! I have recently updated my contract and they have been fantastic! I struggle with technology but they have virtually walked me through everything! I would reccomend them to anyone especially tech phobes! Thanks aerial! One very satisfied cutomer

I have been using Aerial Direct for over a year now and ALL the staff have been very helpful in helping us as a Company to resolve ALL of our telecommunication issues that we had with our previous provider.

If I have a query the Aerial Direct staff are very quick to help us resolve the query.

I would (and have) recommend Aerial Direct to any business as they are a very reliable company to do business with - my only regret is that I did not find them sooner.

10 out 10 Aerial Direct !!!!

I have used aerial direct for many years now and do recommend them. I can’t remember the last time I had an issue with my phone tariff or handset that was not sorted with one quick phone call to them. It is refreshing in this sort of market to feel important to a company and to feel that each individual you speak to is generally trying help you and also has the product knowledge to be able to help you! I will continue to use this company as I do not believe there is any one providing a better service.

Why can one not rate this company with no stars? My advice is to AVOID! I wish I had read the reviews before having any dealings. I thought that the switch from O2 was administrative only, not creating another contract for 24 months. No paperwork, no contract, no proof. Totally intransigent and they couldn't care less. Obviously I am not the only person to have had this experience. AERIAL DIRECT PLEASE NOTE - NO FURTHÉR CONTACT WITH ME WHATSOEVER.

worst company ive used, under handle tactics to get your business, meant to be putting money in my account each month , but they haven't (stupid way of giving a discount, why not just make the bill less???? because most people wont check so they think they will get away with it) this is the 3rd time they have done this, someone was meant to be phoning days ago re this but havent bothered, when contracts up im going with someone else! total jokers

This is our first contract with Aerial after dealing direct with O2 for the last 20 Years. They gave us a very good deal on a 6 phone contract with an excellent after sales service. We have had a couple a problems with hand sets being faulty which could happen any time and the service I got from them on both occasions was top drawer. With no hesitation we will be renewing at the end of our contract.

Had a problem last year when due to confusion over a tariff ultimately leading to me being charged a huge amount for some calls erroneously made whilst in South Africa.
However after contacting Aerial they managed to get it reduced to a much more realistic figure given that it was a genuine mistake on my part. It was quite a relief nd thanks to the Account Manager's efforts. Well done Aerial.

Great service from Aerial. Advisors have always been very helpful when managing my account. On one occasion, the advisor even gave a tip on how to manage my usage following an Apple iPhone update.
Advisors are friendly and very well informed. I have never found communicating with them an inconvenience (as you can feel with some companies).

Any little niggles i have had have been dealt with very quickly and resolved in one ohone call. Amazing comoany to deal with who wont push you for a sale as their deals are enough to get you listening. I have been with aerial for three years now and they have my custom for life. Customer Service and after sales teams deal with everything quickly as well

Aerial Direct are really helpful and friendly. You are assigned a personal account manager and given their phone number and extension number so it is really easy to get hold of them if you have any questions or need advice about anything. The tariffs are excellent value for money as well. I can totally recommend Aerial Direct! Well done!

Swift 'N' Easy - In the last 3 days as I've had phone probs I have got through to Aerial really swiftly (1 min wait time)- They have dealt with & solved my problem efficiently & with real care and genuinity.
MUCH IMPRESSED & would recommend to anyone- This company have come a long way since the early days.

Honestly, the best quality of customer service you will ever experience.
In any circumstance where there is a problem (which let's be honest they do occasionally emerge) the staff are polite, quick -never been on hold for more than two min-, helpful, and most importantly they're happy!

Have been with Ariel Direct for just on 2 years. Recently have upgraded my phone and signed up for a further 2 years. Find the staff excellent answering all my questions. Excellent service. From my experience the team at Ariel Direct are very helpful, in particular a lady called Theresa went out of her way to help me, made sure I was under the right contract. Usually speaking on the phone can be quite boring and challenging but no problems like these ever occurred!!

Rang Aerial Direct with a query and spoke to Rob. He was very helpful,polite and explained things clearly and not loads of technical jargon. It is very unusual to be able to speak to a real person and not an automated voice ! The response was very quick and restores my faith in customer service!!

Can't praise them enough for their customer service. Recently had to renew and upgrade my phone package with them, which was done very quickly with no sales pressure and I got exactly what I wanted. They come across as a very professional team and answered all my questions clearly.

Have been with aerial direct for about 12 months now and so far had only one blip.
I noticed my monthly refund hadn’t gone into my bank so rang them, a very polite man called mike dealt with my query and sorted the problem out. They are a good company and always very helpful.

A good solid connection, rarely drops out. Good data plan as well and staff are always helpful regardless of the issue. I'm onto my second Co tract with them and also got a tablet on their offers. Although they are a direct affiliate of 02, they are Considerably cheaper.

I recently renewed my contract with Aerial and the offer was ideal for what I wanted. Customer loyalty seems to be rewarded which is always good.
The team members I spoke with recently were all helpful and acted fast.
Presently very happy with Aerial.
