We booked into Taberna Etrusca using Taste Card mid week for some dinner, no problems with that and all was well.

In terms of the service, the staff were very attentive (almost to the point of rushing you) and even allowed me to charge my phone as we ate dinner...again, no problems there.

The food is the reason I won't be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon...very bland, not particularly exciting and didn't look great on the plate either. The shell on prawns I had tasted absolutely awful (yes I had removed the shells) and I anticipated having a dodgy stomach on the way home. Fortunately this wasn't the case, nevertheless I won't forget the taste, they truly tasted horrendous.

I'm not sure what to recommend to the restaurant to get this remedied, however being London you have plenty of other dining options close by!

Very disappointing - and highly overpriced. No pizza on the menu, which we found rather odd for an Italian place. Only expensive wines were listed in the drinks menu. We asked if they had any beers, and were told they had all sorts, but when we asked what kind of beers they had, it turned out they had only one kind. The medium-rare stake was so tough, it was impossible to cut it (must've been cooked from frozen). It also came on its own without any side dishes, which wasn't made clear at the point of ordering. The service was a bit slow, and it felt that they were very experienced at apologising and dealing with complaints. The food that we've ordered on the day was part of the set menu 2 course meal for £17, but when the bill arrived, everything was charged separately. Disappointingly, too many mistakes in one visit.

Really good Italian food! Been here with some colleagues late one night to try it out after having it found on a food app.
It was an inspired choice. They have some really good Italian dishes (the chef's Italian) and the staff were very nice.
The risotto was simply delicious! The other dishes didn't look bad either. I will come back to try some more.
I'm giving it 4 stars because they don't have pizza. I know, right? :-)

Thursday lunchtime.
This is a busy 'Business' haunt. It is a typical noisy Italian restaurant with a classic Italian menu. The food was tasty, we'll prepared and served.
My only other comment is that service is somewhat confused, different servers asking the same questions and a wine order taken and immediately forgotten.
I won't rush back, but won't avoid it either.

Very good traditional Italian restaurant. They offer a nice variety of dishes, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is generally warm and welcoming. It might be just my opinion but I've noticed that the menu is a bit confusing and some of the dishes weren't really explained that well which might cause an additional confusion so it will be good if they improved that.

What me and my friends didn't like was the homophobic abuse by a member of staff at the end of a pleasant meal. He apologised after a lot of remonstrating with other members of staff but he was overly and loudly homophobic and sadly seemed acceptable to other members of staff who were clearly trying to defend a friend. Sad end to a good meal. Ps modernise or leave London!

I have been a regular customer on and off for more that 25 years. Whenever I have eaten either luncheon or dinner the food has been exceptional. From a quick pasta and a beer to a long lingering lunch and several bottles of vino! (a rare occurrence these days). The service is efficient and friendly, keep up the good work for another 25 years!

I eat out 4/5 times a week and have done for 14 years, I'm a huge foodie and went to this place for the first time this week.

I cannot fault it, absolutely perfect, shocked to see such high quality well presented tasty food as the right price.

Thank you, I look forward to coming back soon.

The food was ok, but the service was terrible. The waiters were commenting everything we ordered with funny faces and very serious. When we asked the waiter about the content of the bruschettas he simply said, 'I don't know'. Unnaceptable if you are paying that price for that food. Avoid if possible.

Very cozy and nice palce. The service was fast and nice. They have selection of pricey wines mostly but you can find also cheaper selection. It would be good to think also about customers who want to have decent food with affordable wine. We visited this place on Wednesday and it was half full.

Very nice and interesting restaurant, hidden in central London. The place is a must for every pizza & pasta lover. The food is authentic and prepared with the needed touch and attention. However, there are still a few aspects to work on, but in general, the restaurant is great.

The spinach tagliolini with pancetta is amazing. Be aware that even the appetizer portion, however, is pretty substantial. The breaded veal is also delicious, but make sure to share or have a huge appetite, because they don't do takeaway for leftovers!

I really love this place. The price/quality of the food is quite good and, most importantly, it's a real italian restaurant with home made dishes and quality ingredients.
Very recommended!

The waiting staff get NONE of the service charge or cash tips. The manager closes all of the bills and keeps all the cash tips and all of the service charge. SHAME ON YOU TABERNA ETRUSCA

My favourite pasta place in London.

Fantastic pasta, good wine and a nice atmosphere. As a bonus there is a great Fever Tree G&T selection.

Traditional Italian food, which tastes really really nice. I had a calamari for a starter and Italian Spaghetti Bolognese - absolutely delicious

The best Italian restaurant in the western bit of the City of London. Been there for ever and there is a reason.

Excellent traditional Italian. A welcome change from some of the more formulaic new restaurants in the City

Great fun. Good service. Lamb shank was tough unfortunately. It was extremely busy admittedly.

Lovely place with decent food and a reasonably priced set menu managed by Paulo. Authentic.

Expensive, noisy (difficult to converse), and food was only lukewarm. Disappointing
