I walk past this store for the past five days and in the front display you can clearly see beautiful sweets are displayed, one of them is jalebi, they are stacked on top of each other. Looks nice. Here is the disturbing Part.. On this occassion I noticed a faint colour jalebi right on the bottom of the stack which is OK as they are not perfect in colour all the time but for the past five days that jalebi was still there and stack was getting smaller day by day... This means that any one buying a jalebi are getting a RAW deal of not getting fresh. Just to Make sure I went inside and asked the lady.. Is the jalebi fresh??? She replied.. Yes they were made yesterday.. I bought five pounds worth knowing that its been there since last five days. Ate few pieces.. Still alive.

Very disappointed! Poor service - ordered dinner for tonight which cost me £26.23. My order wasn’t complete. There was one full portion of dal makhni missing. Naan weren't freshly made - nor cooked properly. When called to inform them that food item was missing and that I had paid for the whole bill they didn’t deal with this issue sufficiently. Answered saying: we’ll give you a free dal makhni next time. You got to be kidding me it’s like saying feed me food at your restaurant now and I’ll pay you later. So unprofessional!

Overall good experience, quality of food is great, specially doosa and parathas are their specialities. Restaurants interior need serious attention as when I visited the water was dripping from the roof at couple of places also it gets crowded easily as they have a sweets corner inside the restaurant, which is not a common thing. They have a huge variety of vegetarian dishes. Location wise it’s convenient as it’s near to the train station and also there is plenty of short term parking available.

Achari Paneer is like heaven, all the food is great. I'm a local lad and have been coming here for years. I own a veggie Restaurant chain in the local area and would recommend this place for veggie Desi food to anyone visiting west London... it's a busy place so don't get the hump if they take a lil extra time to serve you it's well worth the wait

Nice vegetarian restaurant in Hounslow west. We ordered Paneer Tikka Sizzer for starter and it Paneer was so delicious and mouth watery.

Normally it is busy restaurant with the local Asian population and has a factory canteen style atmosphere. Bollywood films and music in the background sometime unsynchronised with audio and video.

The parathas are so poor and like they are undercooked nothing like home food!! Very doughy and very poor they are actually disgusting! Nasty food and poor service what seemed like the manager was sitting with his feet up and shoes off in the restaurant like he was at home- what about contamination especially in a food environment?

Place is average.. Good if you are vegetarian, bit crowdy on sundays.. Loved Mango lassi there. You can park just outside restaurant. Plenty of parjlking available outside however somerime on Sunday it's difficult to find space but not to worry, more parking available accross the road.. All free of cost on Sunday.

The most rubbish take-away ever in Hounslow! Veg biriyani was outdated, butter naan was full of black stuffs on it (fell into the clay-oven), daal makhni and other curries were just boiled and mixed with water! I am one of the regular customer but this time really put me off! I would think twice to visit or takeaway again!

3 Stars is being generous. It's OK, can't understand the 5 star ratings. Avoid the south Indian menu, it's not their speciality. The Tandoori Stuffed Kulcha is their speciality and worth visiting if you like that. The rest is 3 stars at best. Service is relatively poor, probably won't go back.

A must visit place to try stuffed parathas... and all other pure vegetarian dishes.
Located on the main Bath road near Hounslow west station, it is lot easier to get there.
Reasonably priced menu makes it even more attractive.
Ambience and tables are not great but food compensates it.

exploitation is the unethical, selfish use of human beings for the satisfaction of personal desires and/or profitable advantage this is what Chini chor do because they are chor...

Hope you enjoy all your parantha$ there !!!
Just remember who cooked your parantha!!!

Poor customer service, waited an hour for the food to be ready only to find out they got the order wrong. Staff asked us to sit down, then moved us when more customers arrived. Then ignored us whilst we waited for an hour.

Food is average but is not worth the wait.

Great food and polite people, not to mention everything is incredibly cheap! Two people could come out of this place full, spending less than £10 total! Not sure if I have been to any restaurant in recent years with this sort of pricing and quality.

They say it's Indian food but it doesn't even taste like 20% of actual Indian food. They have pictures of food on wall but the actual food which comes to your plate is totally different then pictures. They need to make food more indian.

Absolute horrible !! I told the girls on counter I am not interested in getting any refried samosas . I ordered twice from two different order takers and still delivery I got was for refried , horribly oily soaking samosas .

One of the best Indian food restaurants I have come across. Only con- it serves only vegetarian options. But the Dal fry and he parathas are to die for! And quite affordable too. Located right across the Hounslow station.

It's a vegetarian haven for foodies like me. Has a huge variety of primarily North Indian dishes along with a good collection of delicious snacks. Satisfaction and good amount of calories guaranteed! :)

The best vegetarian restaurant of London.. I love the consistency and authenticity of the food. What ever the time In a day you go.. The food is perfectly tasty.... Dal makhani is the best meal to have..

Food is good but service is bad. Have to wait almost 1 hour to get the food. That too you dont get food at a time. Ordered for two people and got one person's food first and other one after 10 min.

Service is good but food was ok. Ordered chole patore, it was uncooked and very hard to swallow. Food presentation was like worst. Will not come back again and tell others not to go dur to food issues.

The place was good for eating Indian food in hounslow but I was disappointed with their Manchurian as it had a very tangy gravy.Their mooli parantha was good..must try for Indian food lovers!

I bought food from this restaurant but m very shocked when I saw this food at home. Food was over cook. It has very bad taste. I never suggest to try shahi paneer and daal makhni

It has great selection of food with it generally being very well cooked, while being affordable. It can sometimes be hard to get a seat as it is very small but is worth the wait.

Very popular vegetarian Indian. The locals were queuing out of the door. Not expensive either. Service slow for some people but didn't think our meals were slow at all .

Had nice indian taste food after long time. Naan was fresh and just like in India.
Good service.
Will recommend tbis place specially if looking north indian food.

Always the best for the North Indian foods, excellent choice of parathas and the food is like home made food. My daughter enjoys the paratha here. Highly recommend!
