I was informed by a Nissan Dealer that my 2014 Nissan Micra needed a new rear beam axle , I contacted Nissan UK since my car has only covered 14171 from new and the axle showed no damage Nissan refused to help with cost of repair even a gesture of goodwill the car has begun to vibrate , I need the use of my car to transport my Special Needs Sons to places .
I am now faced with a bill of £1000+ to repair my car that was clearly faulty before it left the factory , Totally disgusted with Nissan UK and its cars .
Nissan UK said they would look into the case again .
I received their excuse for no assistance towards repairing my car they state given its age just over 3 years its mileage 14000. miles and the nature of the fault a faulty rear beam axle they are unable to offer any financial assistance towards the cost of repair . so from this feeble excuse expect your rear beam axle on a nissan to only last 3 years or 14000 miles .

Went to charge Leaf here on Good Friday, only for the only charging point to have been blocked (since Thursday apparently) by two 'company cars' which couldn't be moved as keys had not been left. The second charger was available but hasn't been working for over a week. Would leave negative stars if possible! Whilst dealer service may be excellent, That of head-office staff clearly is a VERY poor advertisement for the company. Shame on you Nissan Maple Cross!

I do not recommend Nissan Motors!
Nissan Motors refused to replace under warranty back spontaneously destroy the symmetrical glass. It draws conclusions on poor-quality photo dealer. 23 days playing for time without giving an answer, though, which I am regularly called the hotline and wrote an e-mail.
This service to the Loyal Customers (3 car brand Nissan bought for 9 years) is not expected from Nissan Motors!
We will choose other brands of cars.
