Beem a member for a while.
Members only club right in the heart of London at the back of the Ritz hotel.
Quietly situated for such a central location and backing on to green park.
Less formal than some private clubs but with enough class and familiar atmosphere to separate it from hotels.
Simple brasserie style food restaurant or more formal restaurant. Jacket and trousers required in formal restaurant and long trousers in all public parts of club, required Separate bar.
Great value simple but comfortable rooms with breakfast available. Tele, ensuite, aircon etc.
Pretty private garden and outside balcony overlooking park at rear.
Interesting and varied events centred around art and music. And interesting and varied clientele from around the world, not just stuffy private club members.
Support charity through fund raising events and reciprocal arrangements with affiliate clubs in other cities world wide.
Function rooms and work space available.
Free internet.
Lovely staff.

A lot easier to join than other St. James's clubs as they have a large list of affiliated organisations (including universities, etc) which allow you to join without needing to be proposed/seconded by existing members.

It's particularly nice clubhouse, in my opinion, especially with the garden which backs on to Green Park, and is overlooked by the bar and one of the dining rooms. It's generally pretty quiet and sleepy inside, with mostly a fairly senior membership, but there are regular young members' nights when the bar gets a bit more lively.

Ideally located, we always go to this club when we come to London. Though rooms are not too big, they nicely overlook Green Park at very affordable prices, a must. Actually, saying too nice things about the club will attract too many people to this lovely place so we want to keep it confidential, so, do not tell the whole world about it, ok?

Wonderful in every respect Iam an O A P which can be difficult in some hotels but the staff made every effort to make my visit as comfortable as possible which is always appreciated when you are alone I hope to celebrate my 90 th birthday there this year which would be wonderful

Great member's club with a fantastic garden next to Green Park. Lunch or tea in the beautiful garden of this impressive grand house overlooking Green Park transports you to a bygone era.

Discreetly located behind the Ritz London, this Private Members Club offers a retreat from the manic busy city life outside. I had an Earl Grey whilst here.

Definitely one for the more mature customer base, the food is good, Martinis.. mediocre and the view from the terrace on to Green Park, superb

I went to this place for a black tie gala dinner. I request a vegan option and they were ready to help. It is very nice place for events.

Inexpensive private member's club providing affordable accommodation to members. Average age of members seems to be quite aged.

A very well equipped venue with designated rooms for entertaining and holding functions. The staff were polite and courteous.

Went for a meeting. Front hall and reception team gave very little acknowledgment. Club is a pleasant place to meet in

One's London club. The best, though quite busy now so need to book ahead if staying.

'Quant' is a good description. But cannot be beaten as a decently priced hotel.

Old English gilted glamour. No baby changing in small loos. No lifts, many stairs.
