I baught 2 3G 12 month sim only contracts. The staff member at the 3G store offered me a free case if I bought Samsung J3 pay as you go phone which I have agreed but I did not have the cash at the time so we agreed that I go ahead buying the sim only contracts and that I come back the next day for the phone and the free case when I have the cash. I went the next day with the cash to buy the phone, the staff who sold me the contract was'nt there so I met the store manager and told hold him that I came to buy the phone along with the free case. He told me 'there was no such offer and I will put the staff member who gave you this offer on deciplinary, there is always something missing in this store, this is why, I know what I am going to do.' I did not mind going and buying a phone from somewhere else and a case is just £10 or so. What worrried me is the manager's behaviour. He said something is always missing in his store and he will put the staff, who was very proffisional, on deciplinary. He is talking about somebody I and many other members of the public trusted with their bank details.

Not a great experience. Went into this store yesterday and got served by Margaret who seemed to be a bit confused with everything. Asked for a 'sim only' deal and she started offering me wrong quotes. Her manager Anthony overheard this and corrected her, stepped in and started giving me better options. He then headed off to serve someone else and left me with Margaret who seemed to be awfully slow. Her colleague Kwaesi greeted a customer who came in to collect an phone - the customer had previously already spoken to Margaret which then distracted her more as she seemed to be caring more about 'putting that deal through her name' than finishing serving me. Kept going back and forth and seemed she was more interested in her commission than providing customer service. Ended up giving me a wrong sim after having showed her I needed a normal sim not a 'micro' sim.

In the time I was served, 3 other customers had come in to the store, been served and left.

Awful service overall and not very happy.

lying , deceitful members of staff who surreptitiously lumber you with insurance contracts you specifically state you do not want ( its obvious they are on sales credits to max out the customer spend ). DO NOT BOTHER CHANGING NETWORK TO THREE , IT IS A FALSE ECONOMY - THEIR NETWORK DOES NOT WORK - REMAIN WITH VODAFONE OR WHOEVER ELSE IS YOUR CARRIER - THREE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO THEM TO SPEAK T ANY MEMBER OF STAFF - THEY HABVE COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS AND BELIEVE THAT IF YOU ARE SIGNED ONOT A CONTRACT THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WHETHER OR NOT TEY ARE PROVIDING YOU WITH A CONTRACT. BEWARE THREE - STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR SANITY

if i could give them 0 star's i would, went in earlier today and they were so unhelpful! bearing in mind i spend £65 a month with them as they are my service provider they did not care to help me at all with my issues! i had a faulty iphone of which was purchased through them via a rep in the store. looking on three website it clearly states that they accept faulty and repairs as my phone is under warranty already on the site it said for me to go in store and get this dealt with with a rep. i went in today during lunch and there stood an overweight good for nothing cocky brat who literally didnt care or was bothered at all. if i could change providers now i would but its way to late.

I would like to thank Kyle for his excellent customer service. About one month ago I was due for an upgrade from Three. After the three contact centre was being robotic and not listening to my needs, I dropped into the Three store at Clapham Junction. Kyle was friendly and helpful and listened to my needs. He also assisted in the transfer of all my old data to my new phone. It is rare to find such a young, helpful, friendly person delivering a high standard of service. Also thank you Neil who is the manager of this store. He also assisted in helping me transfer my data across. He leads a good team there. Best wishes to you both!

Went there today to change my contract and ask a few questions hoping someone could help and advise me. Unfortunately, the lady, who I was trying to speak to, was laying on the counter, not interested in what I was asking her with the face of 'why am I even here'. That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The only thing I heard was 'i don't know, you need to call and ask them...'
I'm not going to visit this place again and won't recommend it either. I've been with Three for years now and it's always been great, until now I guess. Very disappointed...

Quite a disappointing service. It seems the Sales Assistants are not very motivated in helping you. They don't give you much attention. I went twice and in both occasions they started serving me and then they left me to follow other customers. I was willing to move to Three but keeping my current number and they didn't give me the right instructions. I had to pay for two contracts as a result. Very very disappointing experience. Not organised, if possible find another store.

Have just spent the past two hours in this shop with the brilliant assistant manager Kingston. I have had numerous problems with my phone and came In really upset and frustrated. He reassured me, helped me to solve the issues and then took the time to help me set up my new phone. Absolutely brilliant service and has really put my faith back in Three and their customer service. Thank you so much!

The store manager, as he introduced himself, didn't have a clue what to do with my phone and he just gave me a paper with a number to call Samsung for assistance,then walked away to 'help' another customer without even saying bye.I'm happy with the network, not with their customer service.

I visited I wanted to get a cheap sim. sim itself will buy in supermarkets, but went to the shop so I get to do to set the clerk.

Even without much speak English, did a clerk quickly set!

It is recommended as a sim that can be used in the United Kingdom.

Came in to change a sim from micro to nano. Good efficient service but when I accidentally left my photo ID behind they energetically called all the numbers on my account to let us know. Thanks!
