When we turned up we were very impressed on the size of the caravan site. The first day we had a meal very slow it looked like they were struggling to keep and having a argument about it. When we finally got our meal it was OK. I loved the arcade there was lots to do and great to have other places to eat such as a fish and chip shop plus a burger bar. The entertainment which we saw on one night was great very enjoyable. We liked to spend time in the bar down by the beach very relaxing good food to and a handy shop. The swimming pool was OK but disappointing as it seems to be just targeted for the children, must admit we had fun on the slides to and we loved the jacuzzi. We would had liked just to have a proper swim. The near by beach was well kept and relaxing, bit frustrating to see people take their dogs in the season when your not suppose to that's why we didn't bring our dog, he would have loved it. Overall great place to be lovely staff beautiful views.

Lovely sandy beach and safe to swim with lifeguard flags. Kayak hire on beach and small kiosk on the beach selling drinks and ice creams.

Accessible from the step-free steep slipway which has a bannister. It seems you can park for free in the Haven car park, unlike the £5 charge at the Ladram Bay private beach. They have a shop and restaurant at the top of the slipway which are both great, you can even buy wind breaks and hot pies in the shop.

In my opinion the best sandy beach between Dartmouth and Lyme Regis although Goodrington Sands is better located for touring Torbay and has better things to do and more boat hire options inc pedalos plus a big waterpark. Sandy Bay is a Blue Flag beach and has a Marine Conservation Society beach award (see Good Beach Guide).

Beautiful private beach owned by Haven as part of the Devon cliffs complex. very steep pathway down and up but a lovely walk around this private cave is just what you need on holiday. Seafood restaurant at the top of the cliff. Quite pricey but good quality. Beware the falling rocks and cheeky seagulls!

Very nice sandy beach. If not staying at Haven holiday park you need to park at the top outside Haven park and either walk down 10 minutes or wait for the bus. Little cafe on the beach selling beer/coffee/tea, ice creams etc. Food available at the top of the cliff, a bit pricey but reasonable quality.

The beach i believe is not open to dogs from May - September, however luckily we went in April. Although the weather wasnt great, we had a nice time walking up and down the beach. Got an ice cream at the end with lots of different flavours.

Everything is amazing from food, swimming pool, beach on site and amusements and entertainments. Also they have a football arena, mini golf, gym, kids workout park and a Go ape look alike course which goes through the trees

Not dog friendly during summer months so had to go further out everyday to find dog friendly beaches. Exmouth beach is joint to it which is dog friendly but it doesn't say where the not dog friendly/haven section is

Very nice beach. Soft white sand, lots of people near the cliff bar, gets quieter and more relaxed the further down you wonder. Excellent for the family
