I started to work for Cluttons at Reading 4 months ago. When I first joined, I had to clean my desk myself because it was full of dust all over the keyboard, phone and monitor, not good for somebody with a dust allergy like myself.

I can assure you that during that period, they must have cleaned our office 3 times, after meeting with our manager to complain about the situation. In one of these meetings it transpired that the cleaning staff were on strike (really? for over 4 months!! and what have they done about it??)

We have 4 ladies toilets on each floor for all 3 companies (there's more than 20 women in Cluttons alone!), and 2 of them have been out of order for 2 weeks now, in addition to the amount of hair and fluff accumulating on the floor. Now they don't even collect our rubbish from our office, and we have to take it downstairs ourselves, and pile it on top of overflowing bins that haven't been emptied in months, with birds breaking the bags on top regularly.

Also, when I first joined, the car park was open, but a week later, following complaints that the nearby Audi dealership staff parked their cars there regularly, a barrier was put up at the entrance, but only about 10% of the staff at our office have key fobs to get in. We keep asking when will we get them and the receptionist's answer was 'How long is a piece of string?' The rest of us have to queue in for 5-10 minutes every single morning and tail gate behind a key fob owner, or ring the reception desk at Pacific House asking them to open the barrier.

I must admit that the receptionists are not at fault here, and they make an effort with free food events for the staff at some lunchtimes. But they are starting to hand in their resignations with new faces arriving at out offices to deliver post every day! Apparently, they cannot get through to their own managers to inform them about the complaints.

I have now seen two companies left, I wonder how much longer the rest will stay under these unsafe conditions.

My team and I recently assisted with the relocation of some of our staff to Atlantic House. Sabina and her team were excellent. In fact, since our first contact, nothing has been too much effort and the friendly and professional approach they take to customer service has actually made a usually stressful and difficult piece of work a real pleasure for our IT team.

Vaso and Bernie look after us incredibly well here in Atlantic House; they have extremely busy and responsible jobs, but always have a smile and friendly helpful manner. Whenever we have team building events, charity fund raising, etc., they are always willing to help us get other companies in the building involved which is great!

Having worked in Atlantic House for many months, I have to say both Vaso and Bernie were very accommodating from the first day. Always smiling and very attentive.

Toilets stink!!!! How can a modern office loo smell worse than a public loo???
Very tired decor, run like a budget hotel.
