1) Unhelpful teenage girl staff at reception that seem to have an attitude. Literally didn't explain anything to us about where to go etc. Felt like our presence was an inconvenience for her. Barely acknowledged or said anything to us. 2) They tell you to arrive nice and early but don't say that is because you'll be waiting 15-30 minutes in a queue in the car park for a space. 3) My 8 and 9 year old nephews who are bigger than most 10 year olds couldn't go on the obstacle course because they were not old enough. Makes no sense in my opinion. It should be height based like some of the other things. 4) Tanoy can be hard to hear what they are saying, might be important but comes out very fuzzy at times. 5) The wipeout should have a time limit because sometimes the allocated member of staff isn't paying attention when people get knocked off, thus they don't have to leave, which means you can be waiting for ages for your turn.

In terms of obstacles it's the best trampoline park out there, but clearly it lets itself down in terms of organisation and staff attitude. Seems to oversell itself at busy times and you can easily spend 50% of your hour session waiting to have a go on things.

Visited today with my children (10 & 8 yr old) & it's a great place for everyone not just kids, really great idea, we had a great time!

I've only given this 4*'s because of a couple of things

1: The car park is very full due to overbooking numbers inside so get there at least 40mins before your time slot to find a space.

2: The poor staff in the cafe area are swamped with customers, so service is very slow (17mins to get a coffee) they are stretched so much they need more hands on deck in the top cafe area.

3: This is a big issue. It was not very hot today in fact it was wet. There are no open doors, windows or air conditioning!! Within 5 minutes I was soaked in sweat, the air is stale, it's very humid, stifling & suffocating.
It was so bad that after 10mins I wanted to leave. They need to invest in air conditioning & they could easily do so considering the amount of of money is being handed over by paying customers.

All in all a great afternoon, kids had a brilliant time however very suffocating & I felt like a drowning man gasping for air once I got out the doors!

After recently attending the Rush trampoline park, I think all parents should be aware of the dangers opposed to the young children. Management is very poor, staff are generally not bothered and rude, and the trampolines are not well guarded.

Upon entering the building I was greeted by a member of staff who took our order and gave us a wristband. No 'safety video' was shown to me or my friend, so we ventured on to the trampolines with pretty much no rules. After 5 minutes, I fell on the barriers between each trampoline section, me thinking it was soft was prepared to jump back, however I ended up bruising my neck/lower back and biting my tongue rather painfully. The rest of our 1 hour session was pretty much spoiled and I was in no mood to try out all the different arenas.
My friend approached a member of staff regarding the wipeout section, however he was abruptly responded with the classic 'it's broken' line, even though a family were using it as we entered the park.

As an avid cyclist, I have now been told that I am expected to wait a full 6 weeks before I can attend cycling events.

Been here recently for the first time.I have to say I heard about this place over the Heart FM once I was enroute to my work place and thought to book it in advance.

Once arriving on site it was fairly spacy - quite a lot of place on the car park(althought it was one of the first sessions that I booked from 10:00 until 11:00).We have been greeted at the reception and our reservation have been checked. We had to buy those £2 socks for the entire family of 4 people and watch the Safety Briefing which wasn't too long.

As a overall experience myself and my family enjoyed it really much and we would certantly come back to visit it once again.

What a fun establishment!! We went to celebrate my birthday and precooked an hour session. Check in was relatively simple but I felt that it was longed out and a made a bit confusing. The person checking us in didn’t provide any instructions. Simply gave us bands and let us walk off. We knew from a few members of the party that we had to watch a video before hand.

The actual jumping was tremendous fun. Lots of laughs and giggles. There is a lot to do so the hour didn’t feel like it dragged on but rather felt a bit short! Overall a great day out that catered to the whole family. Ages four to forty!!

I took my 2 year old nephew here for the toddler session on a Tuesday. I was very pleased with our visit. The staff were all quite young but still very attentive and happy to get involved with the children. We arrived at 9.30ish and basically had the whole place to ourselves which was pretty cool. It seemed to start getting slightly busy around 11ish but there was still no risk of bumping into anyone. The only negative i can think of is the free water machine was out of order so we had to buy drinks. Apart from that it tired both of us out and the small discount for toddlers was pleasing.

Fab! I called up to book over the phone and it was so easy with the staff really helpful!
Once we got here there was so much to do. My son and his friend were occupied for hours! So glad I booked in 2 hours for them! So nice to go somewhere where the staff are all friendly and helpful. Perfect for us parents who want to sit and enjoy a drink in peace while the kids play! And I love that the cafe looks over the park so I can see them and know they are safe. Will def be coming back again on a regular basis and bringing friends! Highly recommended. Well done guys!!

I came here with a few friends for my birthday, everyone enjoyed themselves, especially when the larger friends got stuck in the foam pit (It was very amusing!) and even then the staff were helping him to get out. I go here weekly now to do a HIIT fitness class and the instructor is very friendly. She's always checking to make sure she's not pushing people too much incase they have injuries, people with different fitness levels come to these classes and exercises with different difficulty variations are always used to ensure everyone can take part.

Lots of space and good variety of equipment so that the kids never get bored! However, for kids with gymnastics ability, they are very limited as the park does not have the insurance for people to do any moves backwards (e.g. a backward somersault or backwards flick). This is a major flaw of the park as all other moves forward are allowed and in many circumstances can be more dangerous than backwards tumbling. In addition to this, a lot of the staff are of a very young age and have a typical stroppy, miserable attitude, of which was disappointing to see.

Howling good fun. Great for adults and children (I always use it as an excuse to get some 'parent of the year' points). My *only* criticism is when I can't bounce (an unexpected child steals my ticket) the coffee bar doesn't have enough seating. I'd suggest the comfy seating and tables should be further back and as many seats up against the 'viewing area' as possible (so many people commandeer the prime seats and then leave them empty). WIFI has been patchy - sometimes available, sometimes not.

Surprisingly good fun for the kids (had a 3 and 6 year old). Frustratingly the 3 year old couldn't bounce (they have a 4 year cut-off, not because of risk of bouncing alone but because of mixture with older people) and only had a smallish soft play area - this wasn't entirely clear before we arrived. He was happy enough though for an hour. Hopefully back when he's 4 and the adults can have a go as well :-)

Also quite difficult to find - not easily sign-posted from the road, we drove past it twice.

Highly recommended! Great trampoline park- my children had so much fun with such range & diversity on offer :-) Also, after a v foolish mistake on my part I managed to lose two very precious rings while visiting this park back in October. Unbelievably, both rings were found in the car park by two different customers and they were both handed back to the staff. I highly praise the Staff and the Clientele at Rush, for their honesty and integrity ensuring my rings were safely returned to me. Thank you again!!

Went here for a day out with the kids. Obviously a great place for kids. Getting some exercise while having lots and lots of fun. An hour is more than enough! Could even get away with 30 minutes. Staff were very friendly. Facilities were clean and they have a nice cafe above the bouncing area if you want to have a coffee while the kids play. If you want to tire out the kids and have some fun at the same time this is the place to go. Right around the corner from TGI's as well. Good day out ;)

I've been to 4 different trampoline parks, and rush is definitely the best! As a trampolinist and gymnast it's great that they have professional trampolines and tumbling lanes, other trampoline parks don't seem to have as many activities! The first time I went getting the socks and getting in was a bit disorganised, but they'd only been open about two weeks, so it's understandable, a lot more organised now.

Great fun, not such great organisation, have to do a safety briefing every time you go, and you have to be wearing a band to be able to do the safety briefing. Make sure you ask to start your bounce half hour after you arrive or they will eat up your bouncing time with the safety briefing. Also when signing the waiver make sure you are on the high Wycombe one or they will make you do it again, which is super frustrating.

I would avoid this park like the plague!! A staff member basically accused my 10 year old Autistic son of racism as he was being a jungle animal banging his fists on his chest acting out a gorilla which is his favourite animal he is obsessed with the jungle book. I have emailed rush to discuss the matter which was a week tomorrow with no reply to myself or my cousin. Extremely angry upset and disappointed.

We had our son's 6th birthday party here recently which overall went really well. The kids enjoyed the trampoline session and then we had food upstairs in the party area. We opted for the pizza and chips menu along with the fruit/vegetable platters which went down well and the food tasted good. You only get 30 mins in the party area which felt a bit rushed especially when you have younger kids.

4 by James Blachford Review source

As there isn't anything like it in our area, it's a good attraction. A few things could be improved. The viewing area for the health and safety video is far too noisy, especially for kids trying to pay attention. The transitions from time slot to time slot is unorganised and not well monitored by staff. The break area is way too noisy (music blasting) and there are far too few seats.

Had lots of fun but we found we were being constantly watched and told we couldn't do this and that (we are all adults and sensible), we had been to another company so had the 'special' grippy socks but were forced to buy the rush ones which are the same but a different colour. Finally, make sure you bring your own water, there are no water fountains.

They've changed their pricing so that if you go with a toddler, their siblings have to pay twice as much which is really cheeky to be honest. Makes you think twice about going if you have a couple of kids.

As for the actual centre, you can't fault it. Its really good fun and you work up a sweat pretty quickly. Kids absolutely love it!

A great trampoline park with a good range of activities. Easy enough to find, and quick to get into, it gave us a full hour with our kids bouncing around on the various trampolines / ages.

I thought the marshalls seemed on the ball, especially in the foam pit area and really kept that flowing.

Would definitely go again if in the area.

If I could do less then one star I would. Have been many times before and not once have we been told that you are not allowed to do any backwards rotations. After being told off for doing this once we got followed around for the rest of our time there baring in mind we are all 21 years old this was extremely patronising. Will not be returning again.

I booked my daughters 11th birthday party for 10 girls. The girls had a great time ! The staff were great and very helpful. Only let down was the party food- three very small slices of pizza in a very small box just wasn't enough! For that age group, Rush should really review and provide a whole small pizza for each child.

Visited this place for 2nd time last time my kids could not have had a go on climbing pillars as no staff to help. This time was hoping we would have a chance to have a go - I was wrong.
Climbing pillars were closed
wipe out was closed
high performance were closed
not sure why we paid full price.

My youngest goes with the school and absolutely loves it. Anything that helps to tire him out is a winner in my eyes!
He also had a birthday party there and we were really impressed with the service they provided. It was really well priced and we felt well looked after, there were lots of happy faces alround! :)

Went for a party, was fantastic! although i wanted a go on the pillars, staff were too lazy to help! some staff didnt pay attention when a girl budged infront of me on the wipeout so i missed out a go with my friends!!!! overall, good place if you get there at a good time and have acceptable staff ps loved it though

We had our daughters 12th Birthday party here last week, and all children had a great time.
The two party staff in the party room were great with the children and had them all laughing.
The party bags provided were great and party food was nice but a bit small on portion size. We will be back again!

Excellent trampoline park for the kids, easy booking system and waivers last 1 year so no annoying forms to fill in repeatedly. £11 for an hour session isn't too bad but as per usual you get stitched up on drinks (£2 for a small slushie). Better than atom in Reading because of the size..boiiing!!

When we went it wasn't too crowded, parents could sit on the side of the trampolines to watch the kids or sit near the cafe overlooking the trampolines. There was a good number of trampolines and activities and best from my perspective was that I could see a number of staff supervising the area.

Great facility - toddler hour is a good idea but there are potentially areas for improvement. The check-in process could be quicker (especially if you've already booked/paid online) and the locker area is very cramped but overall it,s a very good place to take the kids to burn off some energy.
