Today in the Kingston Park M&S cafe, we took my son for some food after not being very well for a few days. After eating and getting ready to leave my son projectile vomited his mac and cheese all over himself, the table and floor in the cafe. My husband and I, frantically reaching for napkins and trying to calm and upset 2 year old were greeted by a fantastic member of staff, I believe her name was Nicola. Nicola brought over a roll of paper to help clean up, bags for my little boys clothes and even nipped into the main shop to retrieve a top and pair of jeans to change my little lad into. She helped clean and talk to my son, making an unavoidable and slightly embarrassing situation into something less traumatic. We were so greateful for all the help and what a wonderful lady you have working in your team there. So if Nicola reads this, thank you again. Helping us was so kind and hope you are truly praised for your costomer services, I always thank people who are nice to me, but I can't actually thank you enough for helping my son and how sweet you were to him. will absolutely return.
Thanks again!

Excellent M&S hiding out of the way at the top of Kingston park. It's very cool and spacious, they also have a cafe. It's what ever M&S should adhere to but sadly you end up with the mess that is the one in Eldon Square.

This is where it's at if you want a sneaky meal for two that costs the equivalent of a small mortgage for a two bedroom flat in Berkshire. Ooh yeah.

Great shop and especially excellent customer service from Jenn in ladies fashion. I don't know how many times this lovely lady was back and forth to the changing rooms with different sizes and styles of the various items of clothing i had taken in but nothing was too much trouble for her! Greatly appreciated and one very happy customer!

A fairly crowded Mark's and Spencer that sells both clothes and food. Downstairs is the food and grocery area, while upstairs has both clothing and a cafe. The toilets are also upstairs.
It gets pretty busy in here, but sells good quality goods - as you would expect from a place such as this.

Needs better stock control. No m and s beans. Bread with 1 or 2 days left and not all the main meal options available on the £10 meal deal. Left without making a purchase as i would have to visit somewhere else anyway to complete my shop.

Nice store. My only gripe, which is the same for all marks and Spencer is that for anyone with disabilities, there's no seat to sit down unless you go to the shoe department or sit outside the bra fitting place

Staff here were excellent. I couldn't find a product and they located them, and when the shelf was empty checked the warehouse and then retrieved them from the warehouse for me. Excellent service!

The soya latte was very nice unfortunately there was nothing for me to have with it. A clearly marked vegan option would be appreciated ie cake, brownie. I don't think thats too much to ask for.

Went to exchange item. Item not held at this store will need to go to Newcastle. However assistance by staff meant I didn't need to look through store to find item.

The shop was practically empty. I had a look round and the new season stock was boring and very uninspiring. I doubt I'll be buying much in M&S this new season.

Staff always very helpful and friendly, always feel comfortable shopping in this store, we usually have breakfast in the cafe then do our shopping.

Great staff the lady on the bread counter saw me with arms full and went to get me a basket. That's customer service. So naturally done.

Food department was a little disappointing loads of shelves half empty. The store has changed a lot of things around but looks good.

Smallish M&S, carries a smaller range of products compared to the one in the city centre and metro centre.

Prefer walking round this store as much more compact than city centre store and easier to walk around.

Cafe is slow on service, ok on food. Choice in store good for it's size on food and clothing

Decent size 'mini' Marksies, split between a couple of clothes floors, and a did hall.

Handy food hall. Accepts euros as payment (best way to get rid of them after your holidays).
