Adequate town shopping adjacent to pedestrianised Church Street makes this the shopping centre of Seaham harbour. Very close to the marina, not far from seafront where the statue of Tommy resides. The shops in Byron Place are offer variety and there is also the Asda next to it. It's adequate for the size of the town. If you're looking for a huge range of shops then this isn't the place

It has some good shops to buy from in the shopping centre like Wilkinsons, Greggs, Argos, Home Bargains, Spec Savers, 02 Mobile store, peacocks, Select Clothing Store, Carpet Flooring shop, Farm Foods, Asda, Subway, and other shops come and go. Parking is a disaster so if you don't get there early on a day you will battle to get parked close the close proximity of all these shops

Good range of local shops that you would expect in a town the size of Seaham. Doesn't have the large chains. But you would only expect to see them in a larger town or city. Very clean and new shopping centre.

There's very little for me there regarding shops but there are a few places to eat and drink also a cinema. A big downfall is the wind gushes through the shopping part due to bad design and it gets very cold.

Decent mix of shops with some bargain shops & a good mobile phone shop! A couple of food outlets to. Also large catalogue shop which usually has all stock in unless it's Xmas etc.

Bryron place is very pleasant to shop and walk through plenty of parking spaces and it's nice to business set up in the walk way through selling hand made items for sale

Not the biggest shopping centre in the world, far from it but ideal if you know what you need. Not the best for parking mind, especially as it shares with Asda.

Friendly helpful staff.
The tidiest cleanest branch in the area.
A credit to the team.
Always well stocked tidy shelves.

Not as big as the Bridges, but a covered shopping area with shops and stalls offering a valuable area for cost effective purchases.

Free parking, no empty shops. Free WiFi. Parking spaces fill up quickly in car park. But there is a large free car park behind asda

Small, but the shops are alright. ASDA is huge, free parking but it's very badly organised so be prepared for parking wars.

3 by Anth Richardson Review source

Decent shops and easy to get too. The bad points are the car park badly needs relaid and the shopping centre is fairly small.

3 by Lee Brown Review source

Easy to find and easy to park. Wide bright malls with a good balance of shops. A nice size..not too big to be intimidating.

It must be a lovely place in summer, unfortunately I visited on the day the beast from the east had just made landfall.

Clean good toilets but not much in the way of shops. Necessities only for the weekly shop not much to browse

3 by Scott Etherington Review source

Shops are great but toilets are horribly smelly and not very clean and always running out of toilet paper.

Small shopping centre. Ok for odds and ends. Had a couple of lovely Xmas stalls down the centre too.

4 by Jackie Ridge Review source

Was a bit disappointed with the shops here, a few designer shops yes, but not what I was looking for.

3 by Lesley Thomson Review source

No large high quality street retailers, open air, lot of the shops offer laissez-faire service.

2 by Tony Bentley Review source

Not a bad place really. Got a few good shops in here such as Argos, Asda, Home Bargins etc.
